Artist Statement

TANBAN is the soulful extension of my art. It is where the "Golden Sparrow" leaves the canvas and enters the world of tactile heritage.

I translate the visual language of my paintings—the sacred Mandalas, intricate parsley patterns, and traditional ferns & petals—into hand-carved wooden blocks. Every stroke of my brush is reimagined as a rhythmic hand-block print.

By collaborating with master artisans, we bring India’s rich history into the modern home. TANBAN ensures that the ancient rhythm of the wooden block continues to beat in 2026, turning a legendary past into a beautiful, wearable future.
